OF HOUSE brings the ease of design and construction under one single contract for clients, forgoing the need to hire separate carpenters, builders, welders or designers. We begin with a thorough consultation followed by a collaborative design process. Raymond and Ashley then work together to build each project with excellent craftsmanship.

LET'S GET STARTED
CONNECT
1. Schedule a phone call with Ashley and have your ideas, general dimensions, and a rough budget ready. We will get a conversation going to figure out exactly what you are looking for.

CONSULTATION
2. After our phone call, let's schedule an in-person consultation where we will see the space, get a feel for your aesthetic and get the dimensions for the project.
INITIAL BID
3. You will then receive an email with an initial bid and outline of the project. Please note, we do not do sketches prior to being under contract with clients.
CONTRACT
4. If you are satisfied with the initial bid, you will receive a contract along with a required non-refundable 50% deposit towards materials and labor and your project will be scheduled.
DESIGN & BUILD
5. The design process begins with sketches, material shopping, and final decision-making. Once you approve, we begin the build in our workshops where we live - north of Tucson in the Tortolita Mountains.
INSTALLATION
7. We will install your project and oversee the final details and the final payment is due.
